I've coached cross country at Nsukka Swimming Club since 2016. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Folake
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
