Upholstery, done properly
- 🇳🇬 Asaba, Delta, Nigeria
- Harmony Trades Guild
- 1985 to 2007
- English, Hausa
I'm a upholstery specialist. If you live around Asaba, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 11 years later for another job.
More about Folake
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Folake: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
