Florence Margaret Kamau
Choir director and singer
- 🇰🇪 Kisumu, Kisumu, Kenya
- Kisumu Orchestra
- Since 1985
- English, Swahili, French
I play sitar and classical. I started in 1985 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 20 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
What gifts mean to Florence: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
