Florence Kioko
Master of weaving, now teaching apprentices
- 🇹🇿 Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Little Pioneer Works
- 1988 to 2017
- English, Swahili
I'm a weaving specialist. If you live around Kinondoni, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I fix old bicycles.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

You fixed our roof in 1992 and charged half what others asked. Greetings from Arusha.
