Helping people break into farming
- 🇫🇷 Saint-Denis, Île-de-France, France
- Valley View Foundation
- Since 2010
- French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 510 people through Valley View Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Florence
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Florence: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
