Fleur Merel Van der Meer
Painting and decorating for 28 years in Amsterdam
- 🇳🇱 Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands
- The Sakura Shop
- Since 1998
- Dutch
My trade is painting and decorating. I opened my own shop in 1998 in Amsterdam and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Fleur
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Fleur: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
