I teach design and technology at Victory Boys' School in Duque de Caxias since 1988. Most days I teach primary school children, and I learn every name in the first week.
Over the years I've had 1,750 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Flávio
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
