Flávio Alexandre Nascimento
Careers mentor, Londrina
- 🇧🇷 Londrina, Paraná, Brazil
- Rosewood Youth Network
- Since 1990
- English
For 36 years I've mentored people in careers and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
More about Flávio
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
