Fitria Intan Effendi
English literature teacher at Highland Public School, 1982 to 2000
- 🇮🇩 Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia
- Highland Public School
- 1982 to 2000
- English, Spanish
For 18 years I was the English literature teacher at Highland Public School. I taught the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Fitria
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

you taught me English literature in 1985 at Highland Public School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.

You taught me English literature in 2003 at Highland Public School. I still remember the long bus ride home.
