Helping people break into engineering
- 🇿🇦 Stellenbosch, Western Cape, South Africa
- Stellenbosch Foundation
- 1984 to 2003
- English, Afrikaans
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 670 people through Stellenbosch Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
