Helping people break into finance
- 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Heritage Learning Hub
- Since 1995
- English, Amharic
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,640 people through Heritage Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Fikru
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Fikru: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
