Fikir Tigist Hagos
26 years teaching Spanish in Addis Ababa
- 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Crown Grammar School
- Since 2004
- English, Amharic
For 22 years I have been the Spanish teacher at Crown Grammar School. I teach Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I answer every email, even at midnight.
More about Fikir
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Fikir: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
