Fikir Almaz Assefa
Recovery mentor, Adama
- 🇪🇹 Adama, Oromia, Ethiopia
- Lincoln Association
- 2007 to 2020

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 300 people through Lincoln Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Fikir
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
