Festus Segun Fashola
Physics and geography teacher, Ikeja
- 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
- Ikeja Boys' School
- 2012 to 2025
- English, Hausa, Spanish
For 13 years I was the physics teacher at Ikeja Boys' School. I taught Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Festus
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me physics in 2025 at Ikeja Boys' School. I still remember the long bus ride home.
