Festus Samuel Obi
Youth wrestling coach and mentor
- 🇳🇬 Enugu, Enugu, Nigeria
- Kilimanjaro Football Club
- 2005 to 2022
- English, Hausa
I coached wrestling at Kilimanjaro Football Club from 2005 to 2022. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
More about Festus
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

You coached me in 2018. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Sacramento.
