Festus Godwin Afolabi
Flute player and teacher in Zaria
- 🇳🇬 Zaria, Kaduna, Nigeria
- Zaria Band
- 1983 to 2001
- English, Hausa
I play flute and brass band. I started in 1983 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Festus
I wrote my first song when I was 17. It was terrible and I still love it.
