I'm a oil painting artist based in Pasig. I've been making things since 1991 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
Most of my work is inspired by faces I pass in the street. I make terrible puns.
More about Fernando
I've had 5 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
