Fernando Otávio Araújo
Engineering mentor, São Paulo
- 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
- São Paulo Youth Network
- 2001 to 2022
- Portuguese, Spanish
For 21 years I've mentored people in engineering and recovery. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Fernando
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Fernando: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
