Fernando H. Hernández
Master of tiling, now teaching apprentices
- 🇲🇽 Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico
- Maple Ridge Shop
- Since 2002
- Spanish
My trade is tiling. I opened my own shop in 2002 in Mexicali and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 10 years later for another job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Fernando
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Fernando: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
