Mentor in design and leadership
- 🇲🇽 Iztapalapa, Ciudad de México, Mexico

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,010 people through Redwood Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Fernando
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Fernando: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
