Fernando Alves

Volunteer mentor with Parkside Mentoring Circle

  • 🇧🇷 Contagem, Minas Gerais, Brazil
  • Parkside Mentoring Circle
  • 1995 to 2024
  • English, Portuguese
For 29 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Fernando

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
