Fernanda N. Herrera
Mentor in nursing and law school
- 🇲🇽 Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico
- 1997 to 2011
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 350 people through Eastgate Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
More about Fernanda
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Fernanda: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
