Fernanda Lúcia Pereira
Helping people break into farming
- 🇧🇷 Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil
- Fortaleza Community Trust
- 2012 to 2020
- Portuguese, English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 400 people through Fortaleza Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Fernanda
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
