Helping people break into teaching
- 🇧🇷 Vitória da Conquista, Bahia, Brazil

- 2017 to 2025
- Portuguese
For eight years I've mentored people in teaching and law school. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Fernanda
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
