Fernanda G. Escobar

Youth volleyball coach and mentor

  • 🇺🇸 Albany, New York, United States
  • Albany Community Club
  • 1987 to 1999
  • English
I'm a volleyball coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 230 kids fall in love with the game. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I played music while people worked.

More about Fernanda

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Fernanda: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
