I've spent 30 years as a lecturer in civil engineering at Caxias do Sul Institute of Technology in Caxias do Sul. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a nurse and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
What gifts mean to Fernanda: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
