I taught history at Ciudad de México High School in Ciudad de México from 2004 to 2016. Most days I taught Year 7, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
Over the years I had 360 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Fernanda
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Fernanda: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
