Fernanda E. Gómez
Master of auto repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States
- Little Allentown Works
- 1985 to 2016
- English
I've worked in auto repair from 1985 to 2016. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,050 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm learning the guitar.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Fernanda
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Fernanda: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
