Fernanda D. Ruiz
Leadership mentor, Zapopan
- 🇲🇽 Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico
- Zapopan Community Trust
- 1999 to 2024
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,400 people through Zapopan Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
