Fernanda Acosta
Music teacher at Mexicali Academy, 2014 to 2023
- 🇲🇽 Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico
- 2014 to 2023
- English, Spanish
I taught music at Mexicali Academy in Mexicali from 2014 to 2023. Most days I taught teenagers, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Fernanda
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Fernanda: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
