Helping people break into engineering
- 🇳🇱 Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands
- Since 2014
- Dutch
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 370 people through Highland Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Fenna
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Fenna: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
