I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 270 people through Las Cruces Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Fen
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Fen: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
