I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 590 people through Lakeview Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
