Careers mentor, Epe

For twelve years I've mentored people in careers and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Femi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Femi: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
