34 years teaching French in Ikeja
- 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
- Ikeja Primary School
- Since 1991
- English
For 35 years I have been the French teacher at Ikeja Primary School. I teach the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 630 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Femi
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

you taught me French in 2002 at Ikeja Primary School. I still remember that terrible school play.

You taught me French in 1999 at Ikeja Primary School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
