Felipe Peixoto
Caregiver and nurse, Jacaranda Children's Hospital
- 🇧🇷 Duque de Caxias, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Jacaranda Children's Hospital
- Since 2018
- Portuguese, English
I've been a nurse for eight years, most of them in surgery at Jacaranda Children's Hospital in Duque de Caxias. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
I've held a lot of hands. I wouldn't change a thing.
More about Felipe
Some of my best friends I met on the ward.
What gifts mean to Felipe: A gift would go toward blankets and small comforts for patients without family.
