Federico Davide Fontana

29 years teaching environmental science in Latina

  • 🇮🇹 Latina, Lazio, Italy
  • Good Shepherd Middle School
  • Since 1992
  • Italian, French
For 34 years I have been the environmental science teacher at Good Shepherd Middle School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I've coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Federico

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Federico: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
