Fatuma Namukasa Kioko
Retired environmental science teacher from Hillcrest Girls' School
- 🇹🇿 Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Hillcrest Girls' School

For eleven years I was the environmental science teacher at Hillcrest Girls' School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Fatuma
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me environmental science in 2005 at Hillcrest Girls' School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on! Thank you again.
