Fatma Yılmaz
Mentor in first-generation students and small business
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Istanbul Community Trust
- 1980 to 2008
- English
For 28 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
My door was open at lunch.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Fatma: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
