Helping people break into leadership
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Parkside Youth Network
- Since 1983
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,200 people through Parkside Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.

you helped me get my first leadership job in 1989. I still have your notes. Thank you again.
