I've coached cross country at Sylhet Our Lady of Peace Football Club since 1991. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
