Helping people break into software

For 46 years I've mentored people in software and writing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm still learning every day.

You helped me get my first software job in 1995. I still have your notes. Greetings from Birmingham.
