Helping people break into teaching
- 🇮🇳 Durgapur, West Bengal, India
- Durgapur Learning Hub
- Since 1986
- English, Bengali, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,720 people through Durgapur Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Farhana
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
