Farhan Hassan Raza
Chess coach, Multan Athletic Club
- 🇵🇰 Multan, Punjab, Pakistan
- 2000 to 2018
- English, Urdu
I coached chess at Multan Athletic Club from 2000 to 2018. Most of my players were between 10 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Farhan
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Farhan: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
