Farah Hala Rashid
First-generation students mentor, Heliopolis
- 🇪🇬 Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt
- Elmwood Association
- 2012 to 2020
- English, Arabic
For eight years I've mentored people in first-generation students and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
