Farah Aisha Zidan
Wrestling and fitness coach, Heliopolis
- 🇪🇬 Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt
- Heliopolis Athletic Club
- 2017 to 2025
- English, Arabic
I coached wrestling at Heliopolis Athletic Club from 2017 to 2025. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Farah
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
