Fani Yanti Hidayat
Self-taught printmaking artist
- 🇮🇩 Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia
- Harbor Gallery
- Since 1991
- English, Indonesian
I work mostly in printmaking, sometimes woodcarving. My first show was in 1991 at Harbor Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Harbor Gallery, which keeps me honest.
More about Fani
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.

What gifts mean to Fani: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
