Fani Sri Kurniawan
13 years teaching English literature in Bekasi
- 🇮🇩 Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia
- Harbor Girls' School
- 2017 to 2025
- English, Indonesian
Harbor Girls' School was my second home. I taught English literature there from 2017 to 2025, mostly teenagers.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Fani
If you were in my teenagers class, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.

What gifts mean to Fani: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
