Fani Ratna Sitompul
31 years teaching computer science in Makassar
- 🇮🇩 Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia
- Since 1984
- English, Indonesian
For 42 years I have been the computer science teacher at Makassar Technical College. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,970 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Fani: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
