For eight years I was the early years teacher at Mount Pleasant Secondary School. I taught Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I learned every name in the first week.
More about Fani
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
